The purpose of One-More S.r.l. (the “Seller”) is to guarantee full customer satisfaction. If for any reasons customers are not satisfied with their order, within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the purchased products on www.one-more.info and without any penalty customers are entitled to exercise the right to withdraw from contract. The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date when customers have notified the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract. Products can be returned by shipping the received package and entrusting it to the forwarder indicated by the Seller, or any other forwarder, but only after having duly filled in the Return Form (conforming to the standard form in accordance with Article 49, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code) available online in the Customer Service area. The Return Form allows receipt of the return code. The Seller will send customers by e-mail the receipt confirmation of the withdrawal request once the Return Form has been filled in, or once the Seller has been duly notified by other explicit customers’ statement regarding their decision to withdraw from the contract. The second hypothesis is subject to consumers’ necessity to prove at their own costs the correct and timely exercise of the right to withdraw from contract. In any of both cases, it will not be possible to change the purchased product with a new one.
CONDITIONS TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM CONTRACT
The right to withdraw from contract is accepted only if the following conditions are met:
a. the Return Form is transmitted directly online through www.one-more.info within fourteen (14) days from product receipt or any other explicit declaration of the consumers’ decision to withdraw from the contract is duly drawn up and transmitted to the Seller within fourteen (14) days from product receipt;
b. the products have not been used;
c. the barcode on the product box is readable;
d. the products are returned using their original packaging;
e. the products to be returned are delivered to the forwarder within fourteen (14) days since the date when customers have notified the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract;
f. the products have not been damaged.
If customers meet all requested conditions, the Seller will refund the amount for the purchased products in full. Subject to compliance with the additional condition that the customers use the forwarder indicated in the Return Form, within the territory of the Italian Republic the Seller will also cover the transport costs related to shipping back to the Seller the purchased products. In case of return of goods, if consumers decide to use the forwarder indicated by One-More S.r.l., they will not need to cover transport expenses since One-More S.r.l. will take such costs on itself. In case customers decide to use a different forwarder, the transport costs related to the shipping back rely on customers themselves and will not be reimbursed to customers by the Seller. In case the conditions stated in the previous paragraph are not met, and the return of goods is not be accepted by the Seller, customers will be contacted by the Seller. In such cases, customers can choose to get back the products purchased at their own expense. In the event if customers refuse the further shipment of goods, One-More S.r.l. is entitled to keep the products and the amount corresponding to the products purchase price. The Seller will contact customers also in case of returns that cannot be accepted because not fully complying with the conditions set out in the previous above paragraph. In such cases, customers have the right either to accept the communicated refund reduction due to value decrease of the returned products, or to get back the purchased products at their own expense. In the event if customers refuse the further shipment of goods, One-More S.r.l. is entitled to keep the products and the amount indicated for the reimbursement reduction due to value decrease of the returned products.
REFUNDING PERIOD AND METHODS
Once the Seller has received a customers’ return and checked that all the requirements are met, customers will receive an e-mail confirming the return acceptance. In case a value decrease for the returned products is assessed, customers will receive an e-mail notifying the amount deducted by reducing the reimbursement. Refund procedure will be activated by the Seller as soon as possible, in any case within thirty (30) days from the date when it became aware of the consumers’ decision to exercise the right to withdraw from contract and once it has verified that the withdrawal complies with the above reported conditions.
The actual period of time for crediting or returning the amount customers paid for the purchase of the products depends on the credit/debit card company. Usually it takes place within two account statements. To this extent, it is worth stressing that the value date of the credit will be the same as the debit one so that customers will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION BAR CODE
All products offered for sale by the Seller bear an identification barcode affixed to the box containing the goods, which is an integral part of the goods themselves. Products returned in different packaging as compared to the original one and without the identification barcode, or with an unreadable barcode, will not be accepted. Therefore, customers are invited to keep the original box and to take the utmost care to guarantee full integrity of the barcode.
Returns can be shipped back using the courier indicated by the Seller and by using the pre-printed sticker enclosed to the products package. This method allows the Seller to take on itself the shipment costs and keep at any time track of the package. It is customers’ responsibility to contact the forwarder to arrange pick-up of the goods.
